AI vs Expert | Women in Community Forum

AI vs Expert is an interactive forum designed to help women, new moms, business owners, or allies explore the balance between using generative artificial intelligence and human expertise.Come to learn, share and participate. No experience with AI necessary.

This is not a lecture or a traditional panel. It’s a people-first learning experience that blends technology, expertise, and authentic community voices. The event features three one hour sessions focused on:

• 9AM Early Motherhood – Learn how to navigate early parenthood with thoughtful advice, support, and emotional wellness in the age of AI.
• 10:15AM Women’s Wellness – Understand how AI can support health, fitness, and mental well-being without replacing professional guidance.
• 11:30AM Business Ownership – Explore how founders and entrepreneurs can use AI to scale, strategize, and innovate responsibly.

Each session combines live AI prompting, expert commentary, and audience participation to create a collaborative, thought-provoking experience.

Join one session or ALL depending on your interest and schedule. Seats are limited to 30 per session. Portion of proceeds will be donated to Charleston Women in Tech a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting and advancing women in the tech industry.

• Pulse Check – Understand how and why tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Co-Pilot and Gemini are being used by peers and experts.
• Prompt Literacy – New to AI? Use it daily? Great! Learn how questions are inputted into tools as engineering "prompts" for the most tangible results.
• Expert Advice – Hear professionals in each field respond to AI outputs, adding nuance, context, and lived experience that only humans can provide.
• Gain Clarity – Leave with practical takeaways, decision frameworks, and a shared list of tools and experts to support continued learning after the event.
• Build Community – Participate in real discussions and connect with real people.
